I am a working mom and have a 18 mo old  and I understand how difficult it is for us to go on play dates , socialize and meet other moms and kids when all the action is happening on during the week. As a Christian and a working mother of two little ones, I wanted to create a community of mothers who would form intimate relationships sharing our deepest struggles and joys of motherhood. This is an active morning playgroup for kids, 0-5 years in age, and their moms!  We meet at parks, homes, and play facilities in the Brentwood/Antioch/Oakley area.  We meet at least three times per week with our kids and have one "mom's night out" event per month.  Please read our "Page" for more information.  We look forward to getting to know you and your little ones!

We're a group of mothers whose oldest children were born in 2005 or 2006. Most of us also have younger children, but our meetup schedule reflects that many of them are in some type of school most days. We love to get the kids together for park days whenever possible, especially on school breaks. Fremont Friends Playgroup exists to bring together parents of children under 5 who do best in small group settings. We see each other routinely and encourage regular participation to form strong bonds with other members. Because of the nature of the group, we will have a maximum of 35 members at any given time. Our regular events take place in Fremont, on Tuesday & Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons. We meet at the park, member homes, the library, and local kid-friendly businesses.
